Refund & Exchange Policy

Your satisfaction and comfort are our highest priorities, and it is our main goal. Therefore, please read the following carefully:
• Customers in Cairo and Giza areas can inspect the item upon delivery if only one item is ordered, as it will be delivered by our own team.
• For orders with more than one item, the products will be shipped through a shipping company. According to the company policy, the shipment cannot be opened or inspected upon delivery, so returns must be made through the branch within 14 days from the invoice date.
• We advise customers to carefully check the sizes before placing an order.
• In case of needing a return due to size mismatch or any other issue, it can only be done through the branch.
• For shipments to other governorates outside Cairo and Giza, the shipments will be sent via a shipping company that follows a policy of not opening the shipment upon delivery. • If the customer wishes to return an item, they must notify us immediately upon receipt of the shipment. • The request will be responded to within 24 hours of submission, after which a shipping company will be sent to collect the item and perform an inspection by the quality control team.
• If the return is approved, the customer will receive a refund via Vodafone Cash, or they can return the item at the Cairo branch.
• Customers can return items within 14 days of receipt if there are manufacturing defects or quality issues, with the full shipping cost borne by the store.
• Returns for size exchanges or custom orders are not accepted, and returns do not apply to scarves, gloves, accessories, or evening wear.
• For discounts and special offers, only exchanges are allowed.
- Sizes from 3XL to 9XL can only be exchanged within 14 days from the date of the invoice, and you can exchange them from the store .
